Postage Dues 4q to 50q, S.G.D141/D144, distributed through the U.P.U. as Specimen stamps in normal mint condition without first being overprinted “SPECIMEN”. The receiving postal administration affixed the stamps to records in their archives and applied a “SPECIMEN” handstamp and blue crayon marks as a security measure, subsequently releasing them officially from the archives.
