Description
1924 Opening of National Assembly 2q to 50q, SG.151/155, distributed through the U.P.U. as Specimen stamps in normal mint condition without first being overprinted “Specimen”. The Receiving Postal Administration affixed the stamps to records in their Archives, marked with blue-green crayon, and applied a “SPECIMEN” handstamp as a security measure, subsequently releasing them officially from the Archives.
