TRISTAN DA CUNHA 1929
Cover to Brazil bearing GB 1d and 1.1/2d cancelled by type IV “TRISTAN DA CUNHA” cachet in magenta with the exceptionally scarce type IVa cachet alongside (the outer circle in magenta, the inner arc in red), backstamped with two type V cachets in violet (one dated 20/3/29 in ink) with London F.S Paquebot c.d.s. (June 26) and a Santos arrival backstamp. A remarkable combination of three differing cachets including the type IVa cachet in two colours, carried on the S.S Helesius.
